Can you believe it?

Image
I am 10 weeks from being a mother of four...okay...I technically am a mother of 4 already but in 10 short weeks I will be able to hold them all in my arms...The time has flown and seriously cannot believe I am at 30 weeks and although I don't look it I feel it...the sad part is we haven't done anything to prepare except buy a box of newborn diapers...LOL! Tomorrow we tackle the nursery...

My baby of my babies turned three...and she won't be the "baby" anymore come February... we had a ton planned for her birthday and hense it has taken me so long to post about her birthday so there are several posts about her birthday and turning three and starting pre-school so make sure you read all of them. ;-D (wink wink) Kate at three days old One years old 2 years old I'm Three!!! A Little about Kate Her 'official title': Miss Independent (since a young age she wants to do everything by herself) as worried as I was about her starting preschool I think she loves the independence it has given her...) Aviation Nation

Image
We spent the first part of the day at Aviation Nation for Kate's birthday...she has always been facinated by airplanes and points to them in the sky and so it was only appropriate to go to the Air Show on her birthday...we spent about an hour waiting in line for the bus and got to the actual airshow around 9:45 a.m. we walked around and the kids got to sit in a couple planes and then complained about their legs hurting the rest of the time...we still had a good time being together as a family it appeared as if they liked the bus ride more than anything though...sigh...here are a few pictures of the event Natali and Noah in the big huge cargo plane (Kate refused to have her picture taken) lucky to get any picture with Kate...LOL but here she is in a helicopter Noah in the helicopter Natali in the helicopter all three of them in the back of the helicopter (Noah was trying to reach a red tag hanging from the plane...) Natali and Noah in another plane Taking a break, eating a snack and...

Kate's Birthday Flight with Daddy (and Mommy)

Image
It has become tradition this year that the kids get a flight with Daddy for their birthday...since it is their first experience on an airplane paranoid Mommy insists someone other than the pilot (Daddy) be there in case they freak out...Natali chose her cousin Brenden, Noah chose Grandma Whittacre and Kate didn't have a choice...with her so young I wanted to be the one to be there although I hate flying. LOL! Needless to say she loved it! Smiling with her headset before take off This is the picture she took of Daddy before take off Her and her Doggy Share This is her on take off as you can see her headset started to slip off I spent the rest of the flight trying to hold it on so she didn't here the noise of the engine...sigh...

Kate's Birthday Dinner's

Image
Well, actually she had two birthday dinners one at Aunt Michelle's Sunday night and one Saturday, the night of her birthday her birthday was such a whirlwind with so much planned we didn't have time to make dinner per se...Nathan was going to take the kids to Cici's and I was going to go to the Adult Session of our Stake Conference because Nathan had gone to the Priesthood Leadership Session that has been how we work things out since he has been in a Leadership position that requires his attendence to the Leadership meeting...anyway...while at the soccer game I just felt I needed to be with the family that night which is a bit odd for me I am pretty adamant about attending all our meetings including stake meetings...but I decided to be with the family that night and we decided to go somewhere nicer since we were having pizza again on Tuesday for Natali's End of the Year Soccer Party at Chucky Cheese. So here are a few pictures at Claim Jumper Kate wanted Daddy all day.....

Kate's First Day of Preschool

Image
Well, as many of you know Kate is not much of a talker and so we had her evaluated for speech and she definitely qualified...once she turns three she is turned over to the school district who also did a full evaluation and felt she needed something more structured (and so did we) she is in a half day preschool program that focuses on speech issues and 40 minutes of speech a week with a speech pathologist at her school. Unfortunately she is at a different school than Natali and Noah so it makes transportation issues difficult. It finally comes down to the bus picks her up in the morning and I will have to pick her up in the afternoon once the kids go back to school after Thanksgiving...But she has done amazingly well the first two days...I hope it stays that way. To respect the privacy of the others in the picture I cropped a lot...but that is her in the blue with her teacher...

The remainder of Halloween

Image
Nathan as a wizard...it is fun every year someone we have met in the ward that didn't know us last year (he dresses the same the last three years) doesn't recognize him...I have to admit he doesn't look like the same person...unfortunately this costume was on its last leg time to make him a new one... Me as a pregnant blue & black butterfly... Nathan and the kids just before going trick or treating... The loot...this is all the kids got between trunk or treat and trick or treating...plus we still had a huge bag of candy left over...sigh...
