Happy Father's Day!  To a wonderful husband and father! First of all I needed to show off Nathan's remarkable transition. As you all may very well know. Nathan and I, around this time last year, started a journey to lose our unwanted baby weight. The above picture was probably if not close to his highest weight.  The second picture is my sexy husband a few weeks ago on our anniversary. He has lost 30+ lb's. He is training for a triathalon and I am very very proud of his accomplishments. A little jealous of the work out time he gets and the fact that his hip measurement is smaller than mine even though I still weigh less he has more muscle mass.  Great job Nathan! You look amazing! Happy Father's Day! Daddy! So I have recently been having a lot of dreams about my Dad.  I am not sure if it is his way of not letting me forget him this Father's Day or what. I can't say the dreams I have had have been pleasant either. Many of them express characteristics that simply were NOT the father I knew and quite disturbed me actually. All I can say is I would wake up and be so thankful it was just a dream and then even now I wonder what made my mind even think those things anyway...trust me one was just awful!  But I love my Dad and he was a great man. Not perfect but wonderful nonetheless. So I wanted to spotlight him this Father's Day...in memories of him. What I remember about my father. Kathryn aka Kate, Katie, Katie Kate, Hollywood, Strawberry Shortcake  This girl is gorgeous and reminds me most of me...that is good and bad!  Her quirkiness...  One of her recent projects from pre-school  A beautiful poem and picture she colored for me for Mother's Day My beautiful breech baby...also my first C-Section baby..she refused to turn...looking back now...I think I just like to say she probably saved my life being breech. Looking back at the whole experience from the clear prompting to do a C-Section verses a vaginal breech delivery coupled with the following months/year...I like to think that but who knows really...but I am just glad she is here a part of our family and that she made it here safe.
