It's GONE!

Well today we went in to see if my blood clot had resolved itself...and it is GONE! Some of you may know that a few weeks ago. I noticed I felt a LOT better and noticed I my heartrate was back to a normal sinus rhythym...That alone was a good sign things were going well...and indeed it was because it is completely gone.We are of course thrilled! Prayer and fasting works! My Dr. still wants me to be on coumadin/warfarin until we can resolve the rest of the issue. She suggests we go to Cedar's Sinai Medical Center again (in LA) and have a procedure done called the Watchman. (They don't do it in Nevada) It is basically a balloon like mesh looking device they put in through the groin (so an outpatient non-invasive surgery) that will go in over the atrial appendage to block any blood from pooling into that area and therefore I will not be able to get any other clots there. So I will see her in three weeks to discuss that option she is going to talk to Dr. Carr that does the procedure at Cedar Sinai and get more information but we are really excited about it and hope that we can get it done by the end of the year since we have pretty much reached our out of pocket max with my C-Section delivery for the year. YUP! So...we are just beyond excited

God's Hand I haven't blogged in a while. I guess it's time to show some gratitude. I have come to realize in the last year or so how often we take for granted how incredibly involved our Heavenly Father and Savior Jesus Christ are in our everyday life. Just because we can't not see them physically, I find that we often forget how much they really do have their hands extended and are continually guiding us.        Of course I do believe that life is all about choices. The good, the bad, the ugly, or rather determining what is good, better and best. What we choose can shape a lot of who we are and who we have the capability of becoming. We have agency. He let's us choose. But as we follow His guidance through the Spirit I definitely think He knows where He needs us better than we do. Merry Christmas 2018! I deeply apologize for the 2nd year in a row not sending out Christmas cards/letters. I just haven't had the extra time or patience to do so. I haven't been on my blog in forever and almost forgot how to post anything. I hope you all enjoy. The past couple years have brought some trials as is life. But through it all we have continually be blessed and the outpouring of love and support from those around us have made burdens lighter. We are most grateful for our Savior and His divine hand in our lives and that is really all we can ask for. A short blurb for each of us. Nathan's business is expanding which brings more travel and more stress. But blessings all the same. He hiked the JMT trail this summer/fall for his birthday that was in May. I sat thinking today (dangerous I know)  and decided to change things up on my blog today...who doesn't like a CONTEST! Yup...now don't get too excited. You won't be winning millions of dollars or anything like that. Now I have friends ALL over the country and out of the country for that matter. SO if someone outside of Vegas or Utah wins this ridiculously silly contest, then I will figure out something I can mail to you. If you are local or in Utah I will make you something amazing.
