Our Sweet Katie! I will probably blog more about her next week since she is turning four next week. But Kate is our lovable child...She has grown up so much this last year after starting pre-school. Socially she has come such a long way...she still struggles with some areas in speech but she really loves school and it is so nice to be able to understand her. She talks about her friends all the time...She had a friend in her class last year named Miranda...she still talks about her all the time like an "imaginary friend" it is so cute...she now talks about her friends Ashley, Preston, and Blake at her school now. She loves playing house, tea party, "kitchen", she loves to draw and is now drawing those scary "stick figures" but they are so adorable...she loves Sophia a lot and can't keep her hands off of her. She really enjoys the projects she makes as school. She is also a cuddle bug...she always wants to cuddle and I find it the cutest when she tells me someone hurt her feelings...for example "Noah hurt my feelings" I don't know why it so cute when her feelings are "hurt" but oh it is so cute...one part of speech she struggles with is the sound of "k" but I still find it adorable when she says "otay..." she just makes me smile...now don't get me wrong she has her "witching" hours... but so do I (evil grin) but she is just a cute little girl. She is looking forward to her birthday and Christmas and tells us she wants the leapfrog letter factory and a Princess clock...she also asked for baby dolls. I said "don't you have enough?" She then proceeds to tell me it won't be enough until she has 10!!! LOL she's half way there. LOL! I am really glad she chose to only do a "family" party this year...I don't want to do a birthday party right now I am pooped! But she is looking forward to flying for her birthday with Daddy and going to Aviation Nation (airshow) for part of her birthday celebration. She is sooo funny. She will make up songs about random things and the other day she starting singing ♪♪♫"For my birthday I'm can't wait to go with Daddy in his airplane." I like to be with my Daddy, because he loves me and I love him" and Jesus loves me too. I can't wait to fly with Daddy for my biiiirthday!"♪♫♪

God's Hand I haven't blogged in a while. I guess it's time to show some gratitude. I have come to realize in the last year or so how often we take for granted how incredibly involved our Heavenly Father and Savior Jesus Christ are in our everyday life. Just because we can't not see them physically, I find that we often forget how much they really do have their hands extended and are continually guiding us.        Of course I do believe that life is all about choices. The good, the bad, the ugly, or rather determining what is good, better and best. What we choose can shape a lot of who we are and who we have the capability of becoming. We have agency. He let's us choose. But as we follow His guidance through the Spirit I definitely think He knows where He needs us better than we do. Merry Christmas 2018! I deeply apologize for the 2nd year in a row not sending out Christmas cards/letters. I just haven't had the extra time or patience to do so. I haven't been on my blog in forever and almost forgot how to post anything. I hope you all enjoy. The past couple years have brought some trials as is life. But through it all we have continually be blessed and the outpouring of love and support from those around us have made burdens lighter. We are most grateful for our Savior and His divine hand in our lives and that is really all we can ask for. A short blurb for each of us. Nathan's business is expanding which brings more travel and more stress. But blessings all the same. He hiked the JMT trail this summer/fall for his birthday that was in May. I sat thinking today (dangerous I know)  and decided to change things up on my blog today...who doesn't like a CONTEST! Yup...now don't get too excited. You won't be winning millions of dollars or anything like that. Now I have friends ALL over the country and out of the country for that matter. SO if someone outside of Vegas or Utah wins this ridiculously silly contest, then I will figure out something I can mail to you. If you are local or in Utah I will make you something amazing. My amazing chocolate cupcakes, or fresh baked bread, or maybe even invite you to our home for dinner (if you are local). But as I was pondering my lack of energy today.
