Whittacre update

Sorry no pictures this time but just wanted to quickly update since I haven't in a while

1. Noah lost his first tooth
2. Sophia was diagnosed with albinism (although believed to be minor) (light pigmented skin, light hair,) the main concern they have with it is her eyesight but we really won't know how much it will affect her until she gets a little older and starts in school. We will be going through early interventions to help assist her when that transition happens.
3. I had my first appointment and we got a sneak peak at baby Whittacre #5 and the heart was beating strong...that made our day to say the least
4. Sophia is now 8 months old
5. Natali is doing well in school and we have been battling allergy issues with her...to be continued...
6. Noah is officially turning into a "wild" boy who doesn't like to listen...but he is a smart kid and loves loves loves to read.
7. Nathan is his same usual busy self working, working, working, working, serving, serving, serving and serving, and being a great husband and father...and in all that he finds time to fly for fun...
8. I am the same ol' pregnant and barefoot momma...just kidding...keeping busy being mom, trying to clean up the house and cook dinner and run errands and juggle Dr.'s appt's, it is a joy...
9. Remembering my brother Leon...yesterday was his birthday...his death taught me alot about the gospel and temple work and was a huge building block in my testimony and what better way to celebrate his birthday than by going to the temple...It was a struggle for me because morning sickness was at it's worst yesterday but I went and enjoyed my time thinking about him...Happy Birthday big brother...we miss you
10. Kate adorable...loves pre-school and looks forward to it every day...she is talking a lot better now and is surprising us socially...she is a little ham and loves to play house, draw and talk about her friends at school...we just found out one of the boys from her primary class is also in her class at school. She loves loves loves to read, and is starting to become a wonderful artist!

God's Hand I haven't blogged in a while. I guess it's time to show some gratitude. I have come to realize in the last year or so how often we take for granted how incredibly involved our Heavenly Father and Savior Jesus Christ are in our everyday life. Just because we can't not see them physically, I find that we often forget how much they really do have their hands extended and are continually guiding us.        Of course I do believe that life is all about choices. The good, the bad, the ugly, or rather determining what is good, better and best. What we choose can shape a lot of who we are and who we have the capability of becoming. We have agency. He let's us choose. But as we follow His guidance through the Spirit I definitely think He knows where He needs us better than we do. Merry Christmas 2018! I deeply apologize for the 2nd year in a row not sending out Christmas cards/letters. I just haven't had the extra time or patience to do so. I haven't been on my blog in forever and almost forgot how to post anything. I hope you all enjoy. The past couple years have brought some trials as is life. But through it all we have continually be blessed and the outpouring of love and support from those around us have made burdens lighter. We are most grateful for our Savior and His divine hand in our lives and that is really all we can ask for. A short blurb for each of us. Nathan's business is expanding which brings more travel and more stress. But blessings all the same. He hiked the JMT trail this summer/fall for his birthday that was in May. CONTEST!

I sat thinking today (dangerous I know)  and decided to change things up on my blog today...who doesn't like a CONTEST! Yup...now don't get too excited. You won't be winning millions of dollars or anything like that. Now I have friends ALL over the country and out of the country for that matter. SO if someone outside of Vegas or Utah wins this ridiculously silly contest, then I will figure out something I can mail to you. If you are local or in Utah I will make you something amazing. My amazing chocolate cupcakes, or fresh baked bread, or maybe even invite you to our home for dinner (if you are local). But as I was pondering my lack of energy today.
