Dreams...

So on our long drive to Utah...as I stared out the window in thought I noticed beautiful cumulus nimbus clouds (according to Nathan) and I couldn't help but notice how beautiful they were, white and fluffy with a low light underneath the cloud...and I thought wow I wish I could draw something so beautiful...it got me thinking of all the things I wish I knew how to do and want to learn how to do or just dream of doing, here are some of the many...

1. learn how to draw or sketch (particularly nature)

2. write a book...I am not very good when it comes to writing my sister Jana is the expert in that area...but I have always wanted to write a book I once had a dream about a book I wrote...I still have yet to write it...

7. As well as I would love to perform in just one Broadway show...(Les Miserables or Annie would be my pick)if I could pick my part it may surprise many people as their characters are completely opposite of who I am... I would love to play Fantine in Les Miserables and Miss Hannigan in Annie. LOL

7. I wish I could sew like a professional seamstress...I know it just takes time and practice...when is that though?

God's Hand I haven't blogged in a while. I guess it's time to show some gratitude. I have come to realize in the last year or so how often we take for granted how incredibly involved our Heavenly Father and Savior Jesus Christ are in our everyday life. Just because we can't not see them physically, I find that we often forget how much they really do have their hands extended and are continually guiding us.        Of course I do believe that life is all about choices. The good, the bad, the ugly, or rather determining what is good, better and best. What we choose can shape a lot of who we are and who we have the capability of becoming. We have agency. He let's us choose. But as we follow His guidance through the Spirit I definitely think He knows where He needs us better than we do. Merry Christmas 2018! I deeply apologize for the 2nd year in a row not sending out Christmas cards/letters. I just haven't had the extra time or patience to do so. I haven't been on my blog in forever and almost forgot how to post anything. I hope you all enjoy. The past couple years have brought some trials as is life. But through it all we have continually be blessed and the outpouring of love and support from those around us have made burdens lighter. We are most grateful for our Savior and His divine hand in our lives and that is really all we can ask for. A short blurb for each of us. Nathan's business is expanding which brings more travel and more stress. But blessings all the same. He hiked the JMT trail this summer/fall for his birthday that was in May. I sat thinking today (dangerous I know)  and decided to change things up on my blog today...who doesn't like a CONTEST! Yup...now don't get too excited. You won't be winning millions of dollars or anything like that. Now I have friends ALL over the country and out of the country for that matter. SO if someone outside of Vegas or Utah wins this ridiculously silly contest, then I will figure out something I can mail to you. If you are local or in Utah I will make you something amazing. My amazing chocolate cupcakes, or fresh baked bread, or maybe even invite you to our home for dinner (if you are local). But as I was pondering my lack of energy today.
