I really am in trouble!

Okay...so I know Natali has a crush and all that. But I had no idea the extent of it. She is 5! Should 5 year olds really being writing this about a boy! I am worried about what she is going to be like as a teenager.
So she loves to write and loves to draw. I went to the dollar store the other day looking for something. I didn't find it but I had Noah and Kate with me. Noah found a spider man watch he wanted and Kate found a brush and it being the dollar store decided to spoil my kids a bit after all they were being good. But we were about to go get Natali and didn't want to leave her out so I thought she loves her journal she has but it is trashed she has loved it so much so I decided to get her a new little notebook to write in. Well, today she comes to me and says she is on page 9 and so I was looking through it and it was mostly scribbles and I find this! (I didn't even know she knew how to spell love all by herself.! AKK!



That being said, Nathan shared a story a couple weeks ago. He had taken all three kids out for Daddy time and they stopped at Smith's for a treat. When they came out of the store he said there was a huge monster type truck driving out. With a big diesel engine and hiked up on gigantic tires. He retells the story and said, Natali just ooooohed and awwed. He then asked her if she liked that truck and of course she confirmed that, he then asked her if she liked sports cars or trucks better. She replied I like sports car but definitely trucks more. Then Nathan about fell over laughing we she made this comment....

"Maybe Barry and I can get a truck like that when we grow up!"

God's Hand I haven't blogged in a while. I guess it's time to show some gratitude. I have come to realize in the last year or so how often we take for granted how incredibly involved our Heavenly Father and Savior Jesus Christ are in our everyday life. Just because we can't not see them physically, I find that we often forget how much they really do have their hands extended and are continually guiding us.        Of course I do believe that life is all about choices. The good, the bad, the ugly, or rather determining what is good, better and best. What we choose can shape a lot of who we are and who we have the capability of becoming. We have agency. Merry Christmas 2018! I deeply apologize for the 2nd year in a row not sending out Christmas cards/letters. I just haven't had the extra time or patience to do so. I haven't been on my blog in forever and almost forgot how to post anything. I hope you all enjoy. The past couple years have brought some trials as is life. But through it all we have continually be blessed and the outpouring of love and support from those around us have made burdens lighter. We are most grateful for our Savior and His divine hand in our lives and that is really all we can ask for. A short blurb for each of us. Nathan's business is expanding which brings more travel and more stress. But blessings all the same. He hiked the JMT trail this summer/fall for his birthday that was in May. I sat thinking today (dangerous I know)  and decided to change things up on my blog today...who doesn't like a CONTEST! Yup...now don't get too excited. You won't be winning millions of dollars or anything like that. Now I have friends ALL over the country and out of the country for that matter. SO if someone outside of Vegas or Utah wins this ridiculously silly contest, then I will figure out something I can mail to you. If you are local or in Utah I will make you something amazing.
